Ladder rad problem?

Installed 2 ladder rads in the bathroom, both have been working perfectly for the last 4 years.

Now the larger of the two has stopped working, conventional boiler and neither rad is fitted with TRVs.

The problem rad is full of water, bleeds ok.

Would be grateful for any ideas!!

Have you tried turning off all other rads, HW off, bypass valve shut and pump set on full speed? (assuming you have a conventional system)

If not could be a sludge build up in that towel rail.
