Lagging double pipes

Hi,
Has anyone got any tips for lagging pipes which have been installed close to each other? These are the feed and return pipes for our central heating system in the garage which have been installed in double clips, and it is a struggle to get foam insulation on one of them, let alone both! We have pairs of both 15mm (pictured) and 22mm pipes to lag.

Box them in & stuff some rockwool in there.
