Lagging External Condensate Pipe

Hi,

My boiler starting dripping inside today which i've now fixed by thawing the condensate pipe outside with a kettle.

To stop this happening again, can anyone recommend what lagging i should be using. The pipe is plastic and 22mm in diameter.

As thick as you can fit!

Found 25mm thick on eBay, see link....

Is there thicker available??
Is it all suitable for use outside? i.e. its waterproof?

Personally I would up the size to 32mm or better still 40mm.
