Will be pouring foundations for a new wall soon which will encase the incoming gas and water pipes and electric cable. What is the best way to protect these services with some form of lagging that is also in accordance with Building Regulations? I have heard of 'Denso' tape being used, but is this the right product for the job?

I will also (probably?) need to lag some plastic (speedfit) c/h pipes which will be screeded over, so would appreciate some recommendations there.

Also, should all of the services be lagged?
