Laguna windsceeen wipers

Can anyone help me please, the wipers on my Laguna have stopped working i have checked the fuse bottom right of fuse box on end of dash and that is fine, i would like to check the relay which i assume is on the back of the fuse panel but cannot locate which one it is. Everything else on the car works but the wipers do not work in any position.

Cleaned the contacts in the wiper motor but no change, occassionally the wipers move a bit but rarely. Any ideas I am reluctant to buy a new wiper motor unless i am sure that it is the problem.

This weather cannot last for ever and i cannot be without the car so pease help if you can

Put your wipers and ignition in the on position then check for power at the motor. If you have power at the motor and a good earth from the motor then I would change the motor.

Can you hear anything with the wipers switched on?
If you can, then it may be a disconnected linkage.
