I have noticed our laminate wood flooring downstairs has become springy in areas. Also, some of the floor boards upstairs are springing up through the carpet and creaking more when you step on them. Could this be anything to do with water getting in anywhere? We have had loads of rain recently and wondered whether it was connected? There are no noticeable signs of water getting in except occasionally the wallpaper in the kitchen bubbles up - but this is in the extension and nowhere near the laminate flooring and floor boards ? But could it all be connected? I fear the problem could get worse if it is linked to water getting in - especially living in england! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
