Hi There,
We've bought some laminate flooring to go on top of the floor boards in our upstairs bathroom. I've been to a couple of flooring suppliers and been given different advise as to what type of underlay would be best, either;
leveller board (about 5mm thick - good leveller and sound deadening but would absorb moisture in the bathroom?)
or
rubber/silver roll mat (wouldn't absorb the moisture but not as good levelling/sound deadening?)
Which would be the most suitable?? I'm assuming they would be both comparable from an insulation point of view.
Thanks
