Laminate vs Solid Oak polyurethan or hard wax oil

Having read a number of interesting posts, I am not clear as to which types of floor would suit a home with an active toddler and much appreciate for your advice which of the below three has a longer lasting surface and easy to clean
1) Laminate,
2)solid oak with polyurethane
3)solid oak with hard wax oil.
