Landlord screed gone wrong?

Hi

My landlord had some builders in to level my floors the other day with self leveling compound they used cementone Cempolay Ultra strong and cementone Cempolay.

1 room they have done is dry and looks light gray. The other room has got brown clay like look to it around the bottom of the room and is soft too about 1cm the area was 1" in depth filled.

The front door is also still wet to touch and is not dry but this is a cold place in the hallway and could be why? But hold the color dark gray

Time been down as I write this post 79 hours

If they have done a 1" or 25mm deep pour in one hit, then it will struggle to dry out.

This area should have been done in more than one pour.

Do it need come up? I have poked a fork in it see how deep it is and it only 2mm of wet clay like bed lower than that feel fine and hard.

Any one know why it could gone to a clay like substance ? The is also a small area by raditor like a clay but dry hard and fork do not penetrate. Do you think it will dry in time

By the frontdoor seems be drying slowly top has gone light Gray in some areas.
