I use an Asus laptop. It has a charger with a with 4.0*1.35 mm connector.
I often go to meetings where the power supply is away from where I am sitting. I would like an extension lead, maybe 5m long, with a male 4.0*1.35 mm connector and a female 4.0*1.35 mm connector on the other end. I don’t want to carry a relatively heavy 240v extension.

I can’t find one. Any ideas?

If that doesn't exist, how about a longer cloverleaf cable(assuming your charger takes that connector), rather than a full on 13A extension lead?

That's a far better idea :)
The voltage drop from the ELV side, over that length of slim cable, may be considerable.

.... Although my workplace would consider a 5m cable a trip hazard - if I were to run a long cable to a meeting desk, it would be taped down with hazard tape, or have a cable cover!
