I've got to fit internal doors for my daughter with handles that she bought from Aldi or Lidl. These are German handles and they're held in place by bolts that go right through the door on either side of the handle. This doesn't work in England because the latch is in the way. Does anyone know what sort of latch these things are designed for?

I've found the answer, a latch holed for bolt-through furniture.
