Not sure if its too late in the year for pointing the inside of a domestic single leaf garage. Should have got round to it earlier in the year but work gets in the way. Is there much risk of frost/cold
Any thoughts?

Not sure where in the world you are but keep an eye on overnight temperatures for a couple of nights. As long as it doesn't drop below 4c you should be ok. You could add a frost proof chemical to mix but in my experience it turns the mortar white

You can always put a small oil filled radiator in the garage if you're worried it'll get too cold in there.
