if Jeremy Hunt hadnt cut 2% off employees NI which was unfunded then the employers NI rise probably woldnt have been necessary

Now you've mentioned it, the UK economy will shrink without immigration, the old will not be cared for, and the NHS will miss even more of their targets.
The indigenous birth rate is falling below levels required for self-subsistence.

The UK has a declining birth rate within its indigenous population BUT has a birth rate above replacement rate within its migrant population, particularly mothers who were born in India, Pakistan and Poland. Therefore, on balance the UK has a slow growth birth rate. Life expectancy is increasing and has done so for many decades. This means that the UK has a slowly ageing population and the potential for decline in the working population creating a higher dependency ratio and potential problems.

They're always the worst. Like the Islington intelligentsia types - all for it because they don't live amongst the consequences.

Himmy's just the same. Lives in just about the most undiverse type of place (small village in northern France) that you could imagine. You'd think he'd want to be down in the hood - somewhere like Newham, Brent - poss Tower Hamlets. But no, doesn't want to be anywhere near the results of his demented ideology.
