Laundry room waste pipe

Hi

We have just had our laundry room re-built and I am going to put the washing machine and a sink back in there.

Space is a bit tight and I was hoping to use 32mm waste pipe. I'm sure this will be fine for the sink, but what about the washing machine? I was going to use a trap with a stand pipe. Will 32mm be man enough or will I need 40mm?

Needs 40mm for washing machine. Rate as which they pump out, 32mm wont handle it.
