ive just pulled up my floor in the living room because of the smell to find 2 inches of water and parts of the floor were rottern. i cleared the water but the next day it was back maybe ran from other parts of the house which is a raised floor much the same as the one ive just pulled up.if the water is going to be coming back can i still lay a crush base,blind it with sand ,lay the plastic membrane and then concrete or will the water cause a problem at a later stage.if any one has some answers i will be greatfull.
