i bought some licheer 189 21 mm engineered oak from ebay to do my hall, girl friend likes it so now wants me to do lounge aswell. firstly does anyone know were i can buy some more. i was going to float it on 3mm underlay over chipboard in hall, the lounge has laminate over fibre board i wondered if i could float over this as want to minimise noise for flat below. did here shouldnt float wide boards, advice please. cheers jon

Licheer don't recommend installation as a floating floor on this one.

If you contact them I'm sure they will give you details of a local supplier.

should i then stick it direct to chipboard, i take it its a no no sticking it to existing laminate? if ok any paticular glue
cheers jon

Let's not go there again. Nothing to do with your post, but lately that has been a frequent topic here. And my answer is NO No No

ok so any suggestions, cant glue nail or screw ( licheer supplier suggests screwing tongue tite) is adding extra ply only option? i dont have much height to play with, the room is a hall 1.3m wide with an alcove of 2.3m by 8m, could i float this as so narrow??
