hi all

just bought some maple reclaimed parquet flooring

i have cheap laminate floor down at moment over a concrete base

can i get away with roughing the laminate service up a bit , then glueing the floor to it , if so do you know the best glue for it

if not would it be better to glue the parquet straight to the concrete

If you rough the laminate floor, you'll end up with a mdf/hdf subfloor.
Laminate floor is normally installed floating, your parquet floor will be installed on a floating subfloor.
