Laying two layers of self leveling compound

Laid a 4mm layer of Mapei Ultraplan slc but need another layer to build up the floor.

Can I simply prime the first layer (planning on 3:1 ratio of water:Mapei Primer G) and lay the second layer on top?

And how long should I wait for first layer to dry? Been 24 hours so far

Yes and crack on if it firm enough.

That self levelling compound sticks to virtually anything.
