Good morning,

My vision is not 100%, and I struggle to read small text on my laptop screen without wearing glasses.

The page layout fits my screen, but the font size is quite small. Is there a built-in setting on this forum—or a browser trick—that allows me to enlarge the text size for easier reading?

Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Standard on internet -
Hold down the CTRL key (bottom left) using left hand, then tap the + button on the keyboard using right hand, once or several times. Text size should increase. To return to standard size or to decrease text size, use Ctrl together with the - key (minus key).

A big thank you and massive hugs to you! I’ve been using the web since it first arrived in the UK, but if I don't regularly use a specific procedure—like the zoom shortcut you just gave me—I tend to forget it. Thank you so much!

Additionally, you can change the text size system wide in Windows.

It will make the text bigger throughout the various app/programs but the CTRL + might be safer as increasing the text size in apps can mess with the layout.

My recommended text size is 250% because the laptop screen is 2K resolution. At 100% I would need a microscope.
