Leak around internal door frame

Hi. I woke up yesterday and the internal door between the hallway and kitchen diner was sticking. I noticed some moisture around the hinges and thought it might be condensation.

I put some kitchen towel down and this morning it was saturated. There appears to be water leaking slowly from the hinges and door catch.

I can't figure out at all what's causing this. It's both sides of the door frame, and only this door frame. There's a bathroom on the floor above, but it's not directly above and there's no other sign of water ingress. Damp meter looks OK in the walls and ceilings around.

I'm absolutely stumped and not even sure who to call to look at it. Any help most welcome. Googling doesn't seem to pull up much info about interior door leaks.

Cheers

Edit: Called a plumber who cut into the floor above. It was a leak in a hot water pipe. Hopefully fixed.

I was just about to say that a hot/cold/radiator pipe in the floor above must be leaking. Glad it's sorted.
