internal door no longer fits

seems like my internal door has grown as it now no longer shuts frame has been there fo 15+years and door for over 3years but now no longer fits its just a cheap door frame with hardboard covering hinges not sagging.

We had a water pipe burst in bathrom above 2/3 months ago and all wood floors etc got good n wet but I assumed all had dried out. Is it likely that either the door or the frame has swelled this much later. If this is the case will it dry out and shrink back or wil I need to take some off door
 
where exactly is it rubbing??
is it in the area where the wet was ???
what sort off wall is it??
