we have tried to reseal around the bath again, but it is still leaking, and we have got a hole in our living room ceiling, instead of removing the tiles again, whats the best sealant, please help, we havent much time for diy as we have our own business.

DO NOT USE A CHEAP SILICONE SEALANT AS THEY ARE A COMPETE WASTE OF MONEY
If you are sure the seal between the bath and the tiles is the problem I suggest you completely remove old sealant (carefully scrape out and clean with white spirit) and reseal using Unibond or other top brand.
