Hi,

Under the kitchen sink I have a push fit connector that feeds into the cold water tap and washing machine inlet pipe. When fitting the washing machine inlet pipe i may have pushed the copper pipe slightly back as it was tight to fit and notice some water sprayed out from the top which connects to the cold water tap. It was ok for a while with a small weep but noticed today the leak has got considerably worse.

I don't think these are unmountable connectors.

How do I repair. Do I need a replacement push fit and how do I unmount the leaky one - will a bit of brute force pull it out or will the pipe need to be cut?

Try a hepkey (demounting tool)
If you can get it off, replace with a new tee but clean up the copper pipe with an Abrasive strip first.

Buy 2 compression T fittings
You will need one comparison plastic pipe insert. Pop that inside plastic pipe when you fit to metal compression fittings.

Replace the the two T fittings with compression but do not forget to use a insert in the plastic grey pipe or it will crush causing problems.

You also need a ¾ bap blanking cap for the red hot washing machine pipe as not used.
Shopping list.
2 x 15mm compression fittings
1 small length of 15mm copper pipe
¾ bsp brass blanking cap
1 inserts for plastic pipe that is the same brand of existing pipe to match.

Just nip up compression. Don't over tighten thinking that will stop leaks. It won't. It will cause a leak.
Just a gentle nip up and leave... It's soft copper..
