Leaking 40ml waste bath outlet to stack

Hi,

I have fed the new 40mm waste pipe into the original bath waste stack outlet.

the trap is connected to the bath and any amount of water will not leak and drains away from the bath.

However just as the bath empties, the waste drips from the stack opening.

I think the seal in the stack opening has expanded and it will not seal around the new waste pipe.

Can I get new seals for this at all?
