Leaking Armitage Shanks Tap

Hi all,

I have a leaking Armitage Shanks Tap and I've no idea how to remove the tap to take a look at the cartridge. I've tried prying off the plastic logo on the top as it seems like the only place to access the tap, unless you can only do it by removing the base? I've searched the internet for this tap but can't find anything useful. Any help would be great. Thanks. Carl

Can't you screw out the index, and undo the screw beneath?
