Leaking Bar Valve

Hi,

My combined shower/bath valve is leaking. I thought it would be from the tap so it might need a new cartridge but it looks like the leak is from where the valve body is attached to the incoming hot water pipe. I’ve attached a picture below to hopefully illustrate this. Can anyone diagnose the issue and/or suggest how to fit it?

The large silver nut is the connection to the supply pipe ,but it does not appear that the leak is from there on your pic ,but it may just be the pic is misleading.
It looks as though the water is coming out of the back of the horizontal bar . Which is it ?
If it is from the nut ,that's an easy fix with new washer.
