Leaking basin

I'm at a friends house and don't have a good local plumbing shop I can ask so thought I'd try here.

The basin is leaking due to a broken washer.

Both washers are different so I guess someone has had a go a fixing before. Please could advise me what I need to to stop these joints from seaping water? Would a shed sell raplacements for this?
