hi i have 2 old radiators where the blead valves are on the back of the radiators. Unfortunatly both radiators are leaking from blead valves. i dont think i can remove the entire blead valve out from the radiator as its just a round circle, not the type which i could turn with a tool. The only thing i can remove completely is the blead screw. Therefore what are my options apart from buy a new radiator.
1. i assume ptfe is not a good option as when i need to blead the radiator i will have problems sealing again due to ptfe coming undone if fitting turned anti clockwise
2. would changing the screw help
3 a rubber washer between the blead screw
any advise is appreciated thank you for you time
