I have a worcester 28siII combi. This morning the pressure gauge went to zero and the system stopped working.I noticed a small leak from the inside of the boiler. This water was cold so I assume it is a leak on the Drawn hot water side of the boiler,as the heating worked this morning. The question is why did the pressure go to zero,Ithought it was only the c/heating side that worked under pressure.
cheers.

Could be the area where you fill the boiler so called "filling loop". Look on the boiler side of the filling valve / tap.

I looked up into the boiler from the bottom and the water appeared to be dripping from the top part of it,could be the heat exchanger bit.Would this cause the pressure to go down if it was hot/water bit.

REFILL and test... If the leak is the heat enchanger then replace.

The leak must be coming from the sealed system part for the pressure to drop as the DHW draw off is not sealed in the system and if it were leaking on this part then the pressure would not drop. If however the leak is coming from the sealed section of the heat exchanger then YES...
