No. There is something that looks like one to the right of the three-way valve, but it is silver.

The red valve is fully closed too.

no thats for the mains water supply.
you must have another plastic tank higher up then.

I have been up in the loft and there isn't. The pipe that leads from the top of the cylinder (you can just make it out at the top right) is the one that is the overflow, I'm sure of it.

Have to log off for a while.
