Leaking from Kitchen sink overflow drain pipe

My sink is leaking from the overflow drain pipe connection. It is a Pyramis Athena Compact. Does the connection simply pull away so I can put a new seal on?

Looks like a centre screw, have you tried tightening it?

I didnt realise the screw on the other side would pull it further in. Thank you very much, that did the trick
