My bath is boxed and tiled around. I have noticed even though its tiled when water gets on top it is still leaking and getting under bath. The grout was waterproof grout. Do I have to seal the grout as its in this area ?

For starters, if it was cheap waterproof grout then it probably wasn't very waterproof (experience talking).

Secondly, are there any cracks in the joints? Even waterproof grout still ingresses moisture which can leak through to the solid adhesive bed which is usually the end of the problem. However, if this is running down the wall the tiles may of been dot and dabbed on which essentially means that all the water has free reign over the subwall.

Third and final is, did you grout the joint where the tiles meet the bath or silicone it? Did you grout or silicone the internal corners?
