Leaking Isolation Valve

Hi all I have a problem, the other day I changed my tap washers and isolated the suppy from the valve and after the job was done the valve was turned back on and now started to drip from the where the screw is...

any advice would be greatful,

that means replecing the iso valve i'm afraid. they are about as useful as pumpvalves, compulsory never the less.
