Leaking Loft Window - no markings?

Hi, we moved into a house last year with a converted loft with a window in. Its now become apparent that the window is leaking and on further inspection this could be because the centre pivot hinge has snapped.

My problem is that im trying to work out who made the window and if there are spares available. The only marking i can find is next to the handle and is the outline of a pitched roof with a chimney on it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated as i dont want to have to replace the whole thing with a new unit.

You could try the Loft Shop they have a symbol like that. Also have you opened it most of the information is hidden there.
