Leaking mixer tap

I have a milan modern mono basin tap which is leaking from the top (circled). I'm having trouble getting the top off to investigate the problem, does anyone know how I'd get it off?
I can't find a grub screw or anything that would indicate how I'd remove it, any help would be appreciated

Looks like there should be a grub screw. Usually at the back so it's easy to get to
