Hi
So in the process of changing a cartridge in a leaky quarter turn tap, I must have done something to the pipe join underneath. It now rotates slightly and there's a constant weeping of water (circled red in the photo).

I've tried sealing it with Fernox LSX and home made bandages with no success. I guess I could try taking it all apart and re tightening everything but I'm not really sure where to start and the pipe is in a really awkward position.
Any advice would be greatfully appreciated.
Cheers

Water off
Undo the nut just above the leak
Replace fibre washer
Redo nut
Reinstate water
Cross fingers

Good luck !!!!

thanks for the quick reply :)
what kind of tools will I need?, the nut is pretty hard to get at, should I get a 'basin wrench' ?

A basin wrench is a bit large, you need something like crows foot spanner, just google and you will see.
