Leaking rad valve

This rad valve has a very slow leak around the pin - Any pointers on how to fix it?

I've seen advice elsewhere to tighten the gland nut but can't see on the valve where I'd do that.
Maybe I just need to replace the whole valve?

Any advice appreciated.
