Leaking radiator

Hi, I have a leak on this radiator, arrow shows where the leak is plus the radiator is not getting warm whilst all other radiators are grand, total novice here so help really appreciated,

Try holding the valve from turning with one spanner, whilst tighting the hex nut with a second spanner. A 1/4 turn should do it.

As HB says, it may just need nipping up but water would pool at this point if the valve was leaking from the gland (spindle).
Remove the plastic cap to verify its not leaking from there.
