Leaking shower head - 12months old

Hi

When I get a shower water is gushing from what appears to be between the pipe and the shower head. It doesn't leak when turned off.

The shower is 12months old (new property so I don't know the make, the builders are less than helpful ). Tthe shower door is Mira but the shower head doesn't say Mira. The washers don't appear damaged. Any ideas?

I recon your pipes pulled off inside the metal hose casing, just unscrew it from the shower head and check, you may be able to reattatch it or at worse buy a new hose.
