leaking soil pipe inspection cover

i noticed some bubbling of the plaster around the boxing so tore some plasterboard off and noticed this cover is now leaking.
i believe this is called an access saddle i would rather replace with something similar without having to cut any pipe out.
will a solvent weld type one fit ok ? the only type like the original i can find is this one https://www.selcobw.com/110mm-access-saddle-grey

or should i go with this ? will it cover the existing hole ?
