There is a wet patch around the plastic soil pipe as it enters the concrete floor of my downstairs lavatory. I think the collar may be cracked. How could I repair this?

Leaking soil stack

I may be wrong, but having taken the carpet up, it appears that there is no collar. It looks as if someone has cemented the plastic soil stack into the glazed clay pipe which goes into the ground!
Plastic and cement don't really bond together unfortunately 
Ask your plumbers merchant for a rubber collar.
