leaking thermostatic mixer valve on firebird combi 90

any way to fix this or is a new valve the only way? it is leaking from the head that has min, max, 1, 2, 3 on it

would this drop the pressure of the boiler, im thinking not because it is the hot water and cold mains that go into it.
