Help! Have just installed new back to wall pan (Roca) . There seems to be
a small leak coming from pan connector . The outlet on the pan appears to be a lot shorter than most and you cant push the pan connector on far enough . Has any one else come across this before ? I have tried using different pan connectors but the rubber seal does not fit far enough onto the pan outlet .

It's not clear from your post if you are using a new pan connector or trying to reuse the existing on.

If it's a new one and it's to short try a longer connector
If you're using the old one then get a new one

Hi ,Thanks for your reply. I have tried two new pan connectors ,different makes but the problem is the pan connector does not fit over the wc outlet far enough as the outlet on the wc is very short , about 1 .5 inches so the rubber on the pan connector does not sit far enough onto the outlet . As it is a very popular wc pan I am sure other people must have come across this problem before !

Its not unusual to get a badly formed pan from Roca, have had to return at least two i can remember for casting faults.
