Leaking upvc window

Hello.
We live on the North sea coast and currently a 60mph storm is blowing in off sea.
One of our windows appears to be leaking through the frame.
Does anyone have any ideas what the issue could be ?

I think your problem is a combination of rain and strong winds, does it leak in the summer?

Definetly looks like that's coming through the bottom of the bead, you can see the water glistening where the bead meets the sash. Unbelievably it is more common than you think, and suggests a pressure build up within the frame ( basically due yo how winds blowing in drainage holes, water can't drain out fast enough )

Thanks. Is there anything I can do to stop it happening again. That was the mother of all rainfall yesterday though
