leaking vaillant ecomax 835 please help!

our boiler which is about 5 years old has a leak coming from the main heat exchanger and creating huge puddles on floor! the leak seems to get worse when hw demanded and i'm concerned as water is leaking all over electrics on the inside of the boiler. however, there is no fault regestering on display and heating is working fine, pressure remaining fine too? should i turn the boiler off (seems madness in this weather!) would be grateful for any advice, Lauren

If you had a leak from the main h/x the system pressure would be lost,

as your pressure has,nt been affected then you should check again, and post back

if no pressure lossis present it is likely that it is on the hot water side of boiler, possibly the hot water heat exchanger?

Probably the condense has frozen and its backing up.

g10 burner seal gone and condense backing up is my guess .....
