We have lounge and bedroom window leaks, which looks to be caused partly by failing render outside and gaps underneath the window sills inside. Upstairs it appears to emanate from higher up, as shown in pics below. Any advice? Full window replacement, maybe? If so, would this result in new plaster being needed for the walls?

These final two show where the water is running from in bedroom - you can see this is underneath sills and running down wall. Bear in mind these two were taken when it happened during decoration, but it is the same issue. Foolish not to fix it when it happened previously, I know.
