Leaky Boiller -Vaillant VCWGB221H (Combi))

The boiler is leaking from LH side, the boiler is early 15years old.
Everthing is funtioning OK, but what effect will this leak may have, if left unattended.
The part is black plastic.
Is the plastic part still available, if not, what is the replacement part/kit, and how much?
Also how easy is it to replace it, and are there any other modifications required to any existing installation?
Any advise/comments would be appreciated.

thats the domestic hot water heat exchanger, its been replaced by a plate HE (kit comes with a few bits of pipe).
dont know the part numbers, I'll try to find them but I wouldnt be surprised if someone (DM) beats me to it.

Ta Mick, but the the boiler is old, can i leave it for a bit till i get new boiler.
Everything is working fine, but what are the consequences if left leaking for a short period.
Is there any other mods required for this new kit inst?
