Part identification help for old combi boiler

I have a prehistoric Saunier Duval SD623 combi boiler that is leaking, but I can't afford to replace at the moment.

The leaky part is on the air vent on the little tank near the pump. It is highlighted (box-in-box) in the picture. Elsewhere I read it is an easily replaceable bit of what may be a Caleffi 1/2" vent. Does anyone have any idea where I might get this part, and exactly what it is called so I can ask without getting blank looks?

Order 061707 Vaillant one an just use the top it will fit
