Noisy Boiler!!! Help!

Hi, I have a Saunier Duval 23E combi boiler. The fan is very noisy and would appreciate any advice on what to do about it?. Would this also cause the boiler to burn more gas?

I have just noticed my pressure gauge isn't working also. I have topped it up with water and it hasn't moved. Looks like I will have to get the wallet out ouch!!
