Hi all

My tub drain has a small leak where the seal looks to have failed. I wondered how complex these types of thing are to remedy and what would be needed/involved?

If necessary ill leave as is and get a plumber out. What would be a ballpark fair price if there is such a thing?

I thought there also may a have been a drip coming from the bend just before it dips under the floorboards but I can no longer see this when emptying the bath.

If all comes apart easily then shouldn't be an issue to fix, an hour's labour should do it. If it doesn't, or if anything's damaged then that's a different issue and could become complicated.

Cost isn't easy, depends on location etc.
